The Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society is pleased to administer the Snyder, Union and Northumberland Counties Medical Student Scholarship (SUN) for residents of Snyder, Union, and Northumberland counties attending an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school as a second- or third-year student. This award is made possible by contributions received from Marjorie Poff Gillespy, MD, one of the first female physicians from the “SUN” County region.
The Fund is administered by The Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization.
